The Fact...

A person wearing a seatbelt traveling at 30 miles per hour can experience around 30 G's of gravitational constant force in a front-end motor-vehicle collision with a fixed object.  That's 2.4 tons of force acting on the body!

"As we pulled out of the driveway, all I could hear was a loud explosion. It sounded like a bomb had just gone off, and my mind hadn’t yet caught up with reality.
